Consistent with our policy commitment to openness and transparency, this programme of projects includes all projects for which:

  1. The applicant has submitted to the IPC a notice under section 46 of the Planning Act 2008, or
  2. The applicant has stated in writing to the IPC that it intends to submit an application for development consent, or
  3. The applicant has submitted a request or notification to the IPC under section 6 of the Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2009, or
  4. The application is under consideration by the IPC.
