Following the close of the period for submission of relevant representations which was 1 September 2011, as set out in the published notice, the applicant has identified a number of statutory bodies that did not receive notification of the accepted application. The applicant has now rectified this. Following receipt of the notification, those statutory bodies are entitled to a period of 28 days in which to submit a relevant representation to the IPC if they so wish. All relevant representations received will be published as soon as practicable after 10 October 2011.
The Examining Authority's initial assessment of issues will begin after 10 October 2011.
Update 05/08/11: The IPC is holding a drop in session on the 23 August 2011 to help people find out how to put their case to the IPC about this application. The session will take place between 2pm and 8pm at The Lecture Hall, Ipswich County Library, Northgate Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 3DE
